The Clarke Prize Executive Committee, the Board and staff of NWRI, and the Joan Irvine Smith – Athalie Richardson Clarke Foundation are pleased to formally introduce the 27th Clarke Prize Laureate Karl Linden, Mortenson Professor of Sustainable Development in the Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado.
