NEWT was invited to share our research and outreach activities with South Mountain High School students. More than 200 students attended on Jan 23rd. This included (1) a short classroom presentation on NEWT (2) A display table (outside) to show our water treatment-related items (e.g., membrane, carbon filter, adsorbent media, catalysts, etc.) and nanotechnology demonstration (nano-block) (3) Show MobileNEWT (outside), to display various NEWT based water treatment modules.
